Promotional materials for the opera  Il Trovatore de Verdi. I worked with the stage director to create the design for posters, newspaper and magazine ads, billboards, etc.

This version was set on the Cristera war, in Mexico in 1926. We based the image on the three elements that the director identify as the protagonist: the moon, the fire, and Manrico, whose complicated story takes to his journey to defend his love.
