Editorial design

This book was the result of a meaningful social project where women from a marginal community got together to narrate their stories of violence and abuse in their families while preparing food using their mother’s recipes. It was a project dedicated to healing a community through the sharing of food and compassion. Deeply moving stories, entangled with everyday recipes plus stunning illustrations created by two very talented local artists are the base of this project. 

 

I feel very grateful that I was invited to participate in this project. Not to mention, 

all the delicious food we had at the end of every design meeting!
